FILMONIA CINE GARDEN having its registered office at OFFICE 601, 6TH FLOOR, RANGE HEIGHTS BUILDING, KADAM NAGAR, JOGESHWARI WEST, MUMBAI, 400102 MAHARASHTRA, INDIA, owns and operates the video-on-demand platform “WatchStar”.
This User Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User", "You") and WatchStar. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
Your continued use constitutes acceptance of these terms. We may change this User Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance of revised terms.
You must be at least 15 years old to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
The Services, including content and features, may change or be discontinued at any time. We may set limits on use and storage at our discretion.

Services are available only on supported devices ("Compatible Sources"). Devices may become unsupported over time. Services may contain interest-based advertising.
The Services contain WatchStar-owned content ("Service Content") and third-party content ("Third-Party Content"). WatchStar acts as an intermediary for Third-Party Content and is not responsible for it. We may remove infringing content without notice.
Availability depends on geographic, device, internet, and other factors. Not all content is suitable for children.
To access premium content, you must create an account ("Account"). You must maintain the security of your Account and notify us at contact@watchstar.app of unauthorized access.
You must pay a Subscription Fee to access premium services. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Changes to fees or plans will apply after the current term ends. All payments are non-refundable except in special cases determined by us.
Payment is processed through your selected Payment Method. We do not store complete financial information. Any payment-related complaints must be directed to the payment processor.
Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information, including in countries like Singapore.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your Account.
WatchStar grants you a personal, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Services as permitted by this User Agreement.
All intellectual property in the Services belongs to WatchStar or licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without permission.

We may remove content or suspend users anytime. We may access and disclose your information to comply with law, enforce terms, detect fraud, respond to support requests, or protect safety.
Contests or promotions are governed by separate terms.
You agree to indemnify WatchStar and affiliates from any claims resulting from your violation of the User Agreement, breach of law, or unauthorized use of your account.
If you believe your copyright is infringed, submit a notice containing:
Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
Services are provided without warranties. WatchStar is not responsible for data loss, device harm, content deletion, or interruptions.
We are not responsible for third-party sites linked in the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchStar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
A. Governing Law: Indian law applies. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
B. Entire Agreement: This Agreement + Privacy Policy = Entire Agreement.
C. Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect remaining terms.
D. Survival: Indemnity, Liability, and IP survive termination.
E. Relationship: You are not a WatchStar agent or representative.
