Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Services. By using WatchStar, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Usage Restrictions: Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of the service. The use of VPNs to bypass geo-restrictions is strictly prohibited.
Pricing: Subscription fees are inclusive of GST and are clearly displayed on the "Plans" page.
Auto-Debit Authorization: By subscribing to a plan, you authorize automated recurring payments (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly) through our payment partner, PhonePe.
Billing: Charges are processed at the start of each billing cycle. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment instrument provided.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Account Settings" section.
Auto-Debit Stop: Once a cancellation is initiated, all future auto-debits will stop immediately. Your access to premium content will continue until the end of the current paid billing period, after which no further charges will occur.
Refunds: As WatchStar provides instant access to digital content, all processed payments are non-refundable.
Exceptions: Refunds are only considered in cases of technical double-billing or unauthorized transactions, subject to bank verification and a report made within 48 hours.
All content on WatchStar, including videos, logos, UI design, and software, is the exclusive property of FILMONIA CINE GARDEN or its licensors. Your license is for personal, non-commercial use only.
"As-Is" Service: Services are provided without warranties regarding uptime or streaming quality, which may depend on your internet service provider.
Liability Cap: FILMONIA CINE GARDEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
