This User Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User", "You") and WatchStar. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. Your access and use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these terms. We may change this User Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 15 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you agree to our Age Suitability Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent you are authorized to do so.
The Services, including content and features, are always evolving and may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice. We may create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion.
The Services can be accessed through different models:
The Services are available on devices and platforms approved by WatchStar ("Compatible Sources"). A device that is a Compatible Source may cease to be so in the future. The Services may include interest-based advertising.
The Services contain content owned by WatchStar ("Service Content") and content from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). For Third-Party Content, WatchStar acts as an "intermediary" and is not responsible for it. We may remove any Third-Party Content alleged to be infringing without prior notice.
Content availability may vary based on your geographical location, device, internet speed, and other factors. Not all Content is suitable for all users or for children. Discretion is advised.
Premium Content is available to users who have opted for a subscription plan ("Subscription User"). We offer various subscription plans (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly) with different limitations. We may allow you to access Content on more than one device concurrently at our discretion.
To become a Subscription User, you must create an account ("Account"). You must be a registered subscriber and hold a valid Account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and must notify us immediately at contact@watchstar.app of any unauthorized use.
You must pay a subscription fee ("Subscription Fee") to access the Service. The subscription is for a specified period ("Subscription Term"). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Subscription Term unless you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription or check its status in the "Account" section.
We reserve the right to change subscription packages, fees, and billing cycles at any time. Changes will be effective after your current Subscription Term ends. We will provide notice of fee changes. YOUR CONTINUED USE AFTER NOTICE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE NEW FEE.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, except in cases of unauthorized use, subject to our investigation and discretion. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
You pay the Subscription Fee through your selected "Payment Method". You are bound by the terms of the third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for the accuracy of your payment information or for any fraud or losses related to payment processing. We do not receive or store your full financial details. Complaints regarding payment must be directed to the payment processor.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, transfer, and use of your information, including to countries like Singapore, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to secure your account.
WatchStar grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use the Services as permitted by this User Agreement.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including all content, features, and software, are the property of WatchStar and its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services or any content without our express written permission.
You will not:
We reserve the right to remove any Content and to suspend or terminate users at any time without liability.
We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if we believe it is necessary to: (i) comply with law; (ii) enforce this User Agreement; (iii) detect or address fraud or security issues; (iv) respond to user support requests; or (v) protect the rights and safety of WatchStar, our users, and the public.
Any contests or promotions are subject to separate terms and conditions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WatchStar, its affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, and agents from any losses, claims, or damages resulting from: (i) your violation of this User Agreement; (ii) your violation of any rights of a third party; (iii) your breach of applicable law; or (iv) any unauthorized use of your account.

We will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Your use of the Services is at your own risk. The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. WatchStar disclaims all responsibility for: (i) the completeness or reliability of the Services; (ii) any harm to your computer system or loss of data; (iii) the deletion of any Content; and (iv) whether the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such sites.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchStar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of the Services or any content.
A. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This User Agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be brought solely in the competent courts of Mumbai, India, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
B. Entire Agreement: This User Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and WatchStar regarding the Services.
C. Severability: If any provision of this User Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
D. Survival: Sections such as Indemnity, Limitation of Liability, and Intellectual Property Rights shall survive any termination of this User Agreement.
E. Relationship: You are not WatchStar's legal representative, partner, or agent.
